How do I cancel my trial subscription?

  1. Log into My account
  2. Under ‘Summary’ in the right hand menu, you will see the option to cancel your trial by pressing ‘Cancel your trial’ button.

Once clicked, you can then navigate through the process to cancel or change your subscription.

You can also contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to help you. Chat with us online, call us on your regional telephone number, or email us at help@ft.com with the following: “I/We hereby give notice that I/we cancel my/our subscription”. Please then include:

  • The subscribers full name (person on the billing information if different from the user)
  • The Account email address or Account Number (Customer Reference Number)
  • The billing address or delivery address (Including zip code/postcode)
  • Your contact telephone number
