How do I manage my account online?

Digital subscribers can visit Account Settings where they can cancel a trial, update personal details, update marketing preferences, check subscription levels and view payment details.

Print subscribers can update their details, suspend delivery, or renew their subscription via the Newspaper Account Settings.

How to cancel your trial:

  1. Log into Account Settings
  2. Under ‘Summary’ in the right-hand menu, you will see the option to cancel your trial by pressing ‘Cancel your trial’ button.


Once clicked, you can then navigate through the process to cancel or change your subscription.
