How do I cancel my FT.com or Newspaper subscription?

We’re sorry you no longer want your FT subscription. Contact our Customer Care team and they’ll be able to do this for you.

Chat with us online, call us on your regional telephone number, or email us at help@ft.com with the following: “I/We hereby give notice that I/we cancel my/our subscription”. Please then include:

  • The subscribers full name (person on the billing information if different from the user)
  • The Account email address or Account Number (Customer Reference Number)
  • The billing address or delivery address (Including zip code/postcode)
  • Your contact telephone number

Alternatively, if you have a Premium Digital subscription, you can do this yourself via the ‘Your Account‘ page by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button within the ‘Summary’ section.
